Schéma câblage électrosolaire - Electro-sola Wiring diagram
Hello,
I share the wiring diagram I designed yesterday for Youssef :
t's not a model, just a sample. it must be changed and amended to meet every suntripeur's requirements.

Hi,
it is looking good and very comfortable. I do have the question: Is it okay only to use this one shunt for the Grin databox and the own wattmeter? If yes I can have 2 Grinboxes 1 from myself and 1 lend from the sun trip team. Both working with one hallsensor and one Grin shunt. In this case I will order a Grin databox with display privatly.
You can save 2 fuses in your wiring diagramm. The 2 fuse 10A at the batterie you can skip. Instead the 2 fuses 20A for the motor can move direct to the batterie. From the solarcell you have allready 10A fuse. The way from the batterie you will have then 20A fuse which works against the wire to solarcell and to the motor. This reduce the material and the resinstance (very little).
Best regards Juergen

Bernard,

Hi,
it is not that issue. At 1 mohm and 7 A average the loss is only 49mW which is over 10 hours a day about 0,50 Wh per Wattmetter... Best regards Juergen

Hi,
may be I will switch from 36V to 48V DDHubmotor. In this case I switch from Victron to Genasun. Can you give me the exact typ no. of the Genasun controller with 54,3V current stop function for 13SxP Li batterie? Where can I buy this in Europe? or only via USA? This is the controller which Bernard input here in the wiring diagram. Best regards Jürgen

Hi,
can you send me the price and leadtime for 2 pcs. Genasun 36V MPPT controller? So the charging finsh voltage should be 41V to 42V. I like to stay at BBs01 motor but may be switch to Genasun from Victron. Best regards Juergen

Merci a l'avance.
