Passionate sportsmen and epicureans!!!

We both have master’s degrees in professional coaching, specialized in coaching people who are seeking performance/balance in their lives.

Tomorrow’s mobility is an issue that is close to our hearts; we want to maintain a green planet for our children.

We have been colleagues and friends for 15 years.

Thanks to our shared passion for travel and adventure, we have made many challenging trips in extreme weather conditions (from -15 to +50 degrees).



Patrick (54 years old) : I have been passionate about “sliding sports” since I was 14 years old. I love waves and slalom funboarding  and testing new locations (Europe, Asia, USA). I also go on multi-day Hobbie Cat trips in "root" mode with or without assistance.

I do bicycle and mountain biking (mountains and plains). I have been running for three hours per week for 30 years.  Also one hour of yoga per week.  I am in excellent physical condition and I strive to keep a good physical/mental balance.

Fakrou (55 years old):  I have traveled extensively.  I am Indo-Malagasy and spent the 20 years of my youth in temperatures as high as 40°c.  Cold weather is not my thing!

Although not at the same level as Patrick, I am also a sportsman.  (I have managed to beat Patrick at tennis a few times, even if I am one year older than him - ).

I am cycling three times per week and swimming and playing tennis. On the physical side, there is room for improvement, but on the mental side, I’m at my peak.

I am a co-founder of the “Lehriclub-Asdecoeur” Club, a club for people who share the values of solidarity, brotherhood, and friendship.
